Day 11 - 5 January - Cruising the Arabian Sea

Very relaxing day at sea today.  Here is a map of where the boat has been so far... As you'll notice we basically did 'donuts' around the Persian gulf for the last few days... but now we are focused like a laser beam towards Mumbai.


We are also on our 3rd time change - back an hour... forward an hour... forward an hour... For someone time zone impaired (you know its true)...  I have no idea what time it is back home :)

Dinner at the Polo Grill tonight...Oysters Rockefeller, Scampi...and a Negroni :) 




















Got all gussied up.  Tried the 'camera timer' thing... instead of the 'selfie thing'... maybe by the time the trip is over I'll have the hang of it.

    Both you and the food look good! The rolling rack has been set up in your room....I am using it as a staging between VRBO rentals.

So today begins my birthday celebration... I believe its is 39 hours of celebration  from midnight my time ... to midnight CA time :) What a way to start my birthday!!   Nancy treated me to a lovely breakfast of steak and eggs and champagne and mimosas!  The Reverie Hotel was amazing !!!  Here are some photos of the common spaces… Then back to the boat... Balloons and Champagne compliments of Sajeer and team... leisurely afternoon and a little day drinking...  Wonderful gift from Nancy.. eggshell inlaid coasters to compliment my art piece (again you’ll need to visit :)) Then a fabulous birthday dinner - complete with 'singing and cake'.   Nancy thanks for making it special!!! Love to all my friends and family… I’m one lucky gal!!!

16 February - Singapore, Singapore

I’m in heaven… well the temperature feels like hell… but I love Singapore… and now so does Nancy!  Here is the push-me pull-you tug boats helping us dock. Very cool to watch… first push me…   Then pull you…  We got through immigration with no hassles and walked around VivoCity until our guide Alvin was schedule to meet us.
