14 January - Day at Sea

Yes I’ve dispensed with the ‘Day Number’. Too confusing!!  This week starts the next phase of my career… I’m officially an hourly employee.  I will remain one until the end of March… Then more than likely, I will become an independent contractor again…. But lots of working parts for that decision!

For those of you interested… yes another time zone change… 30 minutes forward at 2 pm.  There was detailed discussion about when to arrive for the movie in the Rivera Lounge… it started at 2… but then… that was really 2:30… all the discussion - should have just moved it to 1:30 :)

Here is our route and for those of you who are nautical in nature we are traveling at a heading of 67.8 degrees with a ship speed of 10.8 kts.

Tomorrow Colombo, Sri Lanka…. My excursion got cancelled, hopefully still dinner with Conny and Josef….

The next day I go to a tea plantation… looking forward to that.
